Project management suite
A tool to track any project, in any department: tasks, who does them, what remains to be done, tickets, files and alerts, all synced for everyone.
The problem
On a project, information is scattered: you have to look for it, ask several people and guess who holds what. The hard part is not keeping a task list, but seeing what is going to block and getting everyone to agree on the direction to take.
The tool
A desktop application, synced on a server, that brings together tasks, tickets, files, alerts, meetings and calendar, with access depending on role.
How it works
- Tasks and responsibilities: who does what, each task's progress, what remains to be done, with deadlines, priorities and dependencies.
- Tickets: track what remains to be done (bugs, enhancements, support), linked to actions and synced for everyone.
- Shared files: shared documents are attached to the project, in the same place for everyone.
- Alerts and trends: flags a resource unavailable on the planned date or an action under strain, with Gantt and burndown charts to see how things evolve.
- Actions to secure: a threshold per action; when the margin falls below it, the action “triggers a meeting”.
- Meetings and calendar: the agenda is built from the alerts, and a calendar follows project updates.
- Daily sends: during start-up, a summary of each person's actions for the day, ready to send by e-mail.
- Roles and access: the project manager sees more than contributors, management follows everything.
What it changes
- Everyone knows who holds the information: less searching, fewer people to ask.
- Blockers identified before the meeting: the agenda is ready with no manual preparation.
- Action tracking and the schedule stay in the same place, always consistent.
- A shared direction: everyone works on the same version of the project, in any department.
A tool that connects to the others
A project involves people, tasks and resources already present in the other tools.
- With theline balancing : a new product launch or a rate increase can be managed as a project, linked to the matching balancing scenario.
- With quality management : corrective actions from an 8D can become tracked tasks with owners and deadlines.
- With the operational HRIS : people assigned to tasks come from the core record, with no separate list to maintain.
Our demos are shown separately, but nothing prevents linking them. With a shared database, the tools can form a real intranet built around your business: each department uses its own screens, and information entered once is available everywhere.
