Onboarding suite

A poorly prepared arrival shows from day one: access not ready, workstation not set up, nobody to welcome. The Onboarding Suite manages the journey end to end from a modular journey per profile, shows an explainable readiness score before day one, and structures departures with the same rigour: handover, equipment return and logged access revocation.

The problem

Onboarding is often managed with checklists in a spreadsheet, with no visibility on what really remains to be done before the arrival. The result: access requested at the last minute, missing equipment, an improvised welcome. On departures, the risk mirrors this and is more sensitive: access not revoked, equipment not returned, know-how not passed on when the job is critical.

The tool

One journey per profile (manager, work-study student, internal move, remote worker...), built from reusable templates, automatically lays out the tasks, appointments, documents, equipment and access to prepare. A weighted readiness score (HR, Manager, IT, Admin, Schedule) says, before day one, what is ready and what is not, never after the fact.

How it works

  • A 5-step creation wizard: employee, job, choice of a template journey, customising tasks/appointments/documents/equipment/access, preview before launch.
  • An explainable readiness score on 5 dimensions (HR, Manager, IT, Admin, Schedule), calculated only for upcoming arrivals, never a figure that no longer means anything once the person has arrived.
  • A 10-tab record: overview, tasks grouped by category, schedule, documents, equipment, access, training, 30/60/90 objectives, team, feedback.
  • Pre-boarding and employee area: the newcomer sees their start date and contacts, signs their documents and ticks their own tasks, without ever seeing the internal HR part.
  • Structured offboarding: documented handover with successor and urgency, equipment return, access revocation with a security counter, exit interview.
  • Library of reusable journeys and templates, automations (reminders, account creation) and analytics on real lead times and preparation quality.

What it changes

  • A manager knows, a few days before the arrival, exactly what is missing, with no surprises on day one.
  • Every departure follows the same security standard: nothing is forgotten on access or equipment, even under pressure.
  • Journeys improve from one arrival to the next instead of starting from a blank sheet every time.

A tool that connects to the others

Every arrival and departure touches several departments: journey data can flow to the other tools.

  • With the operational HRIS : the employee is created only once, and their information is reused by every module.
  • With skills management : training planned in the journey feeds the skills matrix, and a departure flags the know-how to pass on.
  • With thetooling : the return of instruments and tools entrusted can be tracked in the departure checklist.

Our demos are shown separately, but nothing prevents linking them. With a shared database, the tools can form a real intranet built around your business: each department uses its own screens, and information entered once is available everywhere.
