Some parts are not tracked in the ERP because bringing them in would be too heavy. We design light tools with you, as close as possible to the production area, to find these parts, know where they are and know when to reorder them.

- Parts search in the production area: find a part from its designation, family or characteristics, without going through the ERP store.
- Sub-assemblies and bill of materials: view the composition of a sub-assembly and the parts it contains.
- Search by product and sub-assembly: pick a product, then a sub-assembly, and directly display the parts concerned with their locations.
- Light stock management: track quantities of parts outside the ERP, compare them with defined thresholds and spot what needs reordering.
- Item sheets: gather technical information and useful identifiers, with barcodes or QR codes depending on use.
Your everyday challenges
In a workshop, not every part goes through the ERP. Small parts, consumables or references specific to a production area are hard to bring in: too heavy to configure, too constraining to keep up to date. As a result, the information stays in a few people's heads or in scattered files, and finding a part or knowing when to reorder it takes time.
