In many workshops, some processes are simply not tracked. There are impressions (“it piles up at that department”), but no real figure, no curve, no trend to prove it or measure its extent.
We start from this observation. A tailor-made tool was designed for an industrial director who had no data on his flows: it made it possible to reveal work-in-progress that had been invisible until then and to track processes that had never been measured. Gut feelings became figures, then trends you can act on.
