Production performance

What you don't measure, you feel without being able to prove it. We design tools that create data where none exists: the stock between your processes, their inflows and outflows, tracked day after day. You finally see where work-in-progress builds up and which departments slow the flow.

Examples of tailor-made solutions

  • Measuring what was not tracked: set up the collection and follow-up of processes that until now had neither figures nor history.
  • Stock tracking between processes: see every day the level of work-in-progress at each step of the chain.
  • Inflows and outflows per department: compare what arrives and what leaves each process, to see where the flow gets stuck.
  • Short- and long-term trends: browse the history from one week to one year, and tell a one-off blip from an underlying drift.
  • Management view: a summary dashboard to spot problem departments and direct actions to the right place.

Your everyday challenges

In many workshops, some processes are simply not tracked. There are impressions (“it piles up at that department”), but no real figure, no curve, no trend to prove it or measure its extent.

We start from this observation. A tailor-made tool was designed for an industrial director who had no data on his flows: it made it possible to reveal work-in-progress that had been invisible until then and to track processes that had never been measured. Gut feelings became figures, then trends you can act on.

The update frequency depends on your sources and your organization.
